With over 40 years’ experience in health and social care, I bring a deep understanding of what truly matters to people and families—safe, compassionate, and reliable care. My background in nursing has shaped my approach from day one: listening first, acting with integrity, and always putting dignity at the heart of every decision.

Outside of work, I’m a regular at the gym. It’s where I recharge—and it reflects the discipline, consistency, and goal-focused mindset I bring to my professional life. When time allows, I also enjoy watching films with my family, a simple reminder of the importance of connection, balance, and shared moments.

My greatest professional achievements have come through consultancy roles, where I’ve had the opportunity to develop, grow, and strengthen businesses within a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry. I thrive on challenge, enjoy thinking creatively, and push myself daily to deliver the best possible results for the people and organisations I work with.

Alongside my professional life, I’m a proud single mum to two incredible daughters who shape everything I do. They’ve taught me resilience, balance, and the importance of leading with heart — lessons that influence both my approach to life and the way I do business.
